New York, USA Imam calls on Allah to destroy the Jews in sermon.

In his August 9, 2024 Friday sermon at the Islamic Center of Rockland County, New York, the imam praised Hamas, saying that they are "the people of Allah" and Israel, the United States, Germany, and England cannot defeat them, because they have faith in Allah. He supplicated asking Allah to guide the shooting of "our brothers" in Palestine and Gaza, to destroy the Zionist Jews and to "seize them in a crushing grip." The sermon was streamed live on the YouTube page of the Islamic Center of Rockland.

Imam: "Allah told us in the Holy Quran – and this is not my words and this is not racism... He said: 'The Jews and Christians will not accept you until you follow their religions.' You see what is happening now. They all gather against the people of Gaza. What is Gaza and what is Hamas now? [There are] 20,000-30,000 soldiers there, facing the armies of the United States, Germany, France, England, and they send the army of Isr... the occupation army it has over 350,000 [soldiers] all to fight 30,000 people. And who is winning there? The people of Allah – they are winning. They are not losing that battle. It's been 11 months non-stop, and they still can't defeat them, because they have in their hearts that faith, the one we don't have ourselves. Oh Allah, grant victory to our brothers in Gaza and in Palestine.

"Guide their shooting, oh Lord of the Universe, Oh Allah destroy the Zionist Jews, Oh Allah, seize them with a crushing grip, oh Lord of the Universe. Oh Allah, make their plots backfire on them, oh Lord of the Universe. Oh Allah, shake the ground beneath their feet, oh Lord of the Universe, Oh Allah, liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the plundering Jews, return it to the fold of the Muslims, and let us pray there, oh Lord of the Universe."
