I reckon it's already underway in what will be a very long drawn out Cold War

NATO is conflicted as Trumps raised 100's of $Billions for the 27 nations

The main deterrent is Trumps spent almost 3 Trillion on upgrading military hardware and advanced weaponry

China has an IOU to the world which has still to be enforced bc of C19 dereliction of International laws
