Trump impose tariffs on Aus? I doubt it as we have a large trade deficit with US. he has no motive.
but if Trump takes a dislike to Albanese who doesn't back his thought bubbles, then he may do worse than a 10% tariff. if Dutton becomes PM he will certainly suck up hard to Trump. he's already adopting Trump's values and thoughts, like school kids did when Mao's Little Red Book did the rounds of Aus back in the 60/70s. He'll love Dutton.
and this raises my question: if Aus aligns with Trump, its more likely that Xi will see Aus as hostile again, particularly given Dutton's cry for War on China 4 yeas ago.
so will Xi apply tariffs, or import bans as he did when Morrison/Dutton were aggravating from siding with Trump?
