about a third of the population in America and I suggest similar in Oz and England etc
don't have the ability to make good decisions for themselves - and most certainly for anyone else
if we insist on having such a thing as democracy and having the crazy idea of elections as part of it
at least have merit based permits to vote -------- tests for comprehension etc.
sort out the mentally deficit mob -------- disallow them a vote - they can attend classes to improve their knowledge and thinking - if they so choose -
then be retested if they wish to apply for a voting licence/permit
