if you pay taxes or receive benefits you should be allowed to vote. The idea democracy works fine except when the person we don't like gets in is retarded, not his/her supporters.
and technocratic government is insane (pretty much what Australia has today) society should be lifting all members up, not separating out into haves and have nots based on some stacked pack of experts
