    from what watso can see, it is not a dead certainty, that any drilling will be done at doleraine in the near future. in the brr interview with mr booth, the matter is mentioned. it could be that mxr will have to go through the wardens court, prior to getting the required permits to drill. watso did a quick look on the net, and found the following

    WARDEN’S COURT HEARINGS
    Maximus has persued one case to completion in •
    the Warden’s Court (Jan 08) to gain access to
    one area at Deloraine, south of Williamstown for
    mapping, soil sampling and ground magnetics.
    Warden ruled on the amount of compensation to •
    be paid to allow access.
    Maximus is in other cases which are currently •
    before the Wardens Court.

    watso has no idea how long it takes to get things through the wardens court, but it could be that there is some opposition by some of the land owners in the district. if the company cannot come to an amicable agreement with landowners, then it might be a lengthy process to go through the courts
