It could be.
The way I see it and put very simply, KDR is relying on a politician to determine their future.
Bad result = probably an appeal but ultimately KDR loses mt Holland and SQM loses tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars. Possible legal action from shareholders and others incl. Tesla.
Good result= probably an appeal, and possibly a fine, but ultimately business as usual for KDR but without the risk of this issue hanging over it allowing for full steam ahead.
Commentary on here suggests KDR is in a good position to get the decision it needs. Let’s hope so.
