Thanks @mainholm good to hear your assessment. Interesting that you have done some DD on the plaintiffs. I was wondering who they were and what their interest was? Are there individuals and companies that have a go at many companies in the hope that every now and again they will have a win? I noticed when going through other warden decisions on the DMP website that a lawyer for plaintiffs appeared in more than one case.

On another matter, what do you think the next steps are from here?
