I recall when MZN were also gunning for a decision on an equally opportunistic basis and not only lost the decision but were also hit with KDR's costs. A similar outcome for this jilted bride would seem pretty fair to my view on the situation. I also recall that the final judgement & lifting of the TH after the MZN incident was followed VERY quickly by some huge KDR announcements (inc the SQM JV) that marked the big SP rally (after the market digested it for a couple of weeks or so). Maybe there will be big announcements immediately after this outcome id confirmed? I suspect so!
