If the Warden Court decision is strong against KDR i see no room for the Minister to go with KDR, it would be against the Mines Act purpose and the State Government would loose all credibility !!

Lets see if as another poster said "decision out today" ???

I looked up DMP and did a reasonable person test, KDR didn't meet expenditure !!

To all those SH that purchased at $2 i feel very sorry for you given price action and now if Warden Court unfavorable then i see no other option than KDR doing a deal with the plainters or class action !

Fair play to spotty, as he has been persistent with this, and did warn about it last year. Why does it take so long to decide things when it is critical for the economy. Seems ironic that Kidman has just won
