I admit that I have not researched this matter.
But I am wondering if the matters before the Warden's Court relate to the previously highlighted issues re the sale of PIOP assets back to RH, and the quarantined assets held by Forge? Some assets (incl leases I think) were not included in the sale to RHK, until issues relating to their sale/transfer were resolved???
Maybe the leases before the Warden relate to these assets?
Maybe RIO and others are disputing the transfer, or even the sale to other 3rd Parties?

I agree with other posters, that RHK need to address this matter to the mkt, and to shareholders, because we have no idea what value, and what effect ant decision of the court will have on RHK.
