So looks like someone else has stumbled onto the court action this Friday the 19th January.
Rio Tinto Forge Resources (who is Todd ) and others are trying to take over the access leases . That will make PIOP a stranded asset ..Why hasn't RHK notified shareholders of this . Surely there should have been a asx announcement.
