Perhaps philby concerns about the WARF licence dated all the way back to the 5 May 2018 interview (his post makes more sense read that way) but Ross's statements in the later Kohler interview are still part of the publicly available facts. So Ross statements in the second interview are relevant to the WARF licence too - indeed they can be seen as updates.

im now satisfied there is no risk to cynata re the licence being jeopardised by poor performance as per kohler 5th may 2018 remark...off the cuff though it may have been.
I do not see this as a risk going forward.
