1. How did you reach the conclusion that "we have 3 months...to get the SP up." Is this based on FF's escrow period? 2. How are you planning on validating the company has been "de risked?" Unless you have a contact at WARF, IMO the only way is with clinical data - the lack of which is killing us. That should change next year when the DFU results come out, and we'll potentially also see a report of some kind from the incomplete Mend trial (however the results will likely be inconclusive for obvious reasons). But this stuff is probably 9-12 months away unfortunately. 3 & 4. Is your plan to validate the company is "de-risked" before promoting it to HNW investors? Again, how? Agree that the promotion has been poor and improvement here would be fantastic. Very generous of you to offer doing this! I feel like you'd need some short-term catalysts to throw at people to get them to bite though, which is probably a problem for the next 3 months (apart from gvhd start?). Any ideas on how this could be overcome?
