warm weather to crash natural gas prices, page-7

Nighttime low temps in the South now 45-55F(last week in the 20's) daytime temps 55-75F. No need for gas heating now. Natural gas futures broke below support and fell to new lows to-day. May Gas touched $4.487. Short covering probably the only support at this stage. Technicals on all of the gas stocks AZZ, BCC, VIL, ADI, EKA, AUT point to continuing weakness and slow selling. Best to stand aside and watch the daily temps and gas futures for direction. IF the weather stays mild into early summer then the demand for gas fired electricity production will dissapate resulting in more downside risk for gas.
