Why are you saying they dont ?

If a player /employee believes they are beyond reproach of everthing that is there already and wont comply what else can you do but issue punishment .

If it is seen to be to soft because it keeps happening well do you have harsh enough penalties or the wrong people in the first place who know matter what you did they would still think they are above everything anyway.

Like the calls for changing the rules on the ball .

Lets just say they lied to thier employer and it come out the reason for it was because they took the laws and rules into their own hands and did consider the punishment and went ahead anyway.

You change everything for three players who did the wrong thing and the rest of the cricket worlds wears the consequence .

Like cricky if they win on appeal i would change the rules of appeal that if you did and lost you doubled the punishent like other sports are haviing to do.

Maybe cricket australia does have that in place but no one is talking about it as if it has.

Lets not forget this is also been requested for action by the australian government sporting body not only crickets bodies of institions.
