Not that i'm really moved by one off records or short term flucuations but it's still worthy of mentioning.....
Beautiful day to enjoy outside although certainly unseasonal
Winter rain fall is also well below average but if you include the unseasonal rains experienced at the start of the year during summer months then we get back to that mean average YTD...
Anyway off to enjoy this magnificent winter warmth
