Anything that requires funding is subject to approval..
This is normally the CEO or CFO and is generally given
when justified..How often Directors are informed I don't know,probably the monthly meetings...
Just remember though dossantd...Prima not long back
ceased Dubai and Cripto...In my opinion that shows
that everything is being monitered,won't effect results
but at least it shows someone has their finger on the pulse.
