benswah - think you might be being too literal re 17 August. GBI put out a release on 20 July that said that audit report gave the company an A+ but that there was still a need to respond on some smaller issues within 4 weeks. The company anticipated that "shortly after" the company response, the Licence to Manufacture was anticipated.

I haven't pulled out a calendar, but i would guess that 17 August is approx the date the company has to lodge its response with TGA. Then you need to factor in the "shortly after" period.

How long that is I don't know - maybe 2 weeks?? - and therefore the end of August??

Which means GBI is heading for a big finish to the month with the much-awaited clinical study due by end August also.
