I am a global warming denialist, and proud of it

around 1970, we had snow at xmas, in NE Vic, it was surreal
either the next winter or very soon thereafter it was 40 degrees in August...

for the most part of the 1970's - 1990's we had many days of successive days above 40, most summers were stinkers in the high 30's
then I moved to Melbourne, where the weather was simply gorgeous, no extremes of temperature down there

I do not believe there have been anywhere near as many hot summers, or days with above 40 in the past 15 odd years in the NE Vic, but they did have a 15-20 year drought

both summers following the drought breaking have been the mildest I have ever experienced...here in the NE

last winter was the coldest and longest, starting in April and ending in October, with severe frosts every day except for 5 or 6 days in that 6 month period

    love mother nature....
    dislike snake oil salesmen
    feel sorry for the gullible
