to answer some of those questions as an opinion only. The chance of a signal well producing 1 TCF of gas is VERY unlikely. Most companies drill a few wells to 1) have a greater access and to 2) increase the production rates.
The most likely scenario is that GDN will establish their own production and sale of gas from this well (i.e plant permit) in the likelyhood of commericalbility.
In terms of likely gas reserves, the upper zones it seems may be estimated to be in the order of 200-400bcf. Now this value may not be reflected in the sp until production is underway.
