totally agree with you, the BOD controls the ip and have a legal oblogation to all shareholders. If administration occurs to any company not just FBR, then administrator sells everythibg invcluding ip, pays out secured debts then unsecured debts like us shateholders. As you said we have no loans.
I'm pretty sure thst is how Mark would have advised, as that is exactly how he said it to me. Scaremongering wont put us in receivership, hes probably pissed off because Mark couldnt predict when and or how high the sp will go.
