Sue12 clearly hasn't said that at all. He doesn't think the well is commercial, if he's wrong he's prepared to buy in. That's clear enough isn't it?
It's also consistent with his long term position and previous notifications of his intentions re trading GDN. Whatever you think of Sue12's posting it is to his credit that his trading intentions have been stated upfront at any stage.
