May I suggest you read every reply review on travel apps etc etc etc - from brilliant to dreadful.
It is just the way people are...
A sound business model such NOR, soldiers on and builds the business. Dealing with relevant comments if necessary. It part of the development process. That is business.
Stand on the street corner, ask anybody how their life is...........you will spend the next our listening to a litany of stories bitching about all the issues in their life. House, car, wife, weather, neighbours, mortgage, golf handicap etc et c etc etc
Reviews on social media for into a similar category - their mistress just gave them the arse or whatever so they head to social media and ventilate
