I reckon an 15-25% fall in capital city areas of Sydney, Melbourne and to a lesser extent Brisbane from market peak would be very healthy..for Perth its already a pretty clear correction of that magnitude happening is some places and will nen in others..without a credit crunch it's been a nice healthy slow grind downwards..
