THEREFORE 10 days PRIOR TO THE RECEIPT OF SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL for BC acquisition they (our two major shareholders) will be issued shares at the lower of 20c (at the lower means no lower than 20c ) per share therefore we must be close (within 2 weeks) of entering the 10 day period if we assume the acquisition will be complete end of this month (June 2015)-

However I reckon AZK will time this for the end of financial year jUNE 30 to claim tax losses for FY 2015 then proceed immediately after June 30 with acquisition of Brainchip - makes sense to me

On 19th May we received following notices :
The prospectus will be issued in approximately 6 weeks time and is expected to be made in conjunction with Aziana receiving shareholder approval for the BrainChip transaction at a General Meeting to be held in late June 2015.


Metals X Limited (Metals X) wishes to advise that it has agreed to underwrite $3.5 million of a gross $4.0 million capital raising by Aziana Limited (Aziana). Aziana have advised Metals X that the remaining $0.5 million has been underwritten by Aziana’s second largest shareholder.
The terms of the underwriting agreement is for the placement of shares at the lower of 20 cents per share or the volume weighted average price in the 10 trading days prior to receipt of shareholder approval for the BrainChip acquisition.
Metals X is currently the largest shareholder of Aziana with an interest of 13.73%.
