Most products start from natural resources so if the principal of the resources belonging to the people is true we should be taxing on a much wider base.
Farmers for one, fishing industry, timber, water use, chemicals and medicine, and even the air we breathe.

In the end it all goes around the circle.
The Government waste it and the end user, usually the working battler, pays and is worse off.
