Dex, and others, on timelines we all gotta remember we're dealing with a construction project that always has timeline difficulties, whether you're constructing an extension to your house or a UCG process facility.
Having said that, one thing any CXY shareholder would remind you of, is the fact that the Experts Report highlighted the fact that Len could bring a winning project in much quicker than anyone else. And hence Pinancel (as it was) was Ok to pay the price it did for Cougar Energy Ltd.
Whilst I'm happy we're moving the right way, you gotta think that some of that first mover (or I've done it before") advantage has been lost.
