We tested the waters some weeks back with a short-lived rally to $60. The fallback was to a higher low. This time around we are nearing $54 with good momentum and evidence of different behaviours (shorts rushing to cover big time; look at STO). That didn't happen last time.

I'm not quite brave enough to say this is the recovery - I held STO for two days, making 20% but bailing on fears it was a mirage (don't take trading advice from me!) - but if this rally falls back again I'm betting the next one won't.

Clearly the first signs of FOMO in FAR today. Aqua right on the money. And Cath right on the button with a beautifully timed video featuring the fabulous Thin Sands of SNE. (Good movie title that!) Some time back Phillip tipped nearly 600m for SNE but I have a sneaking suspicion he might be wrong. It could be bigger.

Hey OOO. Would love to be wrong on that. Just between you and me I'm hoping for the 700s but the 600 was me being prudent! To me it's crystal clear that they're sitting atop a giant. And I know you're keeping track of the Holey Dollar thing. With Melb Cup just around the corner anything could happen. It's that crazy time of year......

P.S and since we're talking crazy predictions I'm also predicting the Saudis to start turning down supply in December. Let's swap notes again then shall we?!
