Hi Cheech,

Concerning the main asset, I'm assuming you are referring to the "TelcoGames" division - can you elaborate why this asset(s) would be the subject of Liquidation proceedings and not the other divisions??

If there are proceedings on foot against the Directors - how is HLT involved?? From your knowledge, are there proceedings involving the subsidaries of HLT or the parent entity??
