As you say, this is a real concern if half the information is correct!!

The past history of this company is the real concerning issue here. The assets appear to be quite good - however, management appears to be very poor. An investment in HLT is no doubt a risky proposition - given past history, previous losses, poor management and low market cap.

Will need to investigate and gather further info and hopefully "Cheech" can provide this for us.
