"Anyone who logs onto his site deserves the consequences"...how do you work that out?

That would be like saying; "anyone who opens email deserves a virus".

Fact is...nobody deserves this kind of activity!

If the site is being used to access visitors computers...and possibly even plant spyware...then it is illegal and should be reported.

Also, although I didn't see any, if there is any inapropriate material at the site, he should post a warning with the address.

It all seems a bit sus to me!
