IMO we are putting to much emphasis on the contango effect.

IMO when you look at the chart OOO vs. OIl price they are pretty much parallel so fundamentally Oil UP > OOO up and viceversa.

So if you feel Oil price will move up OOO should one place to be...just looking at historical charts it is quite evident.

ON commsec it is signaled as one of the most "Buy' stock in a red oil price day.
