Mate, seriously, do some research. You are going to lose plenty of your money if you do not. If OOO actually tracked the WTI price you would be correct in assuming that you could make money from the WTI price receovery. The specific way in which OOO (and all ETFs that use futures) tries to track the oil price (using futures) means that it DOES NOT track the WTI price.
