Yes eventually there will be an oil turn around but at what price and cost (time and money) picking a bottom...

Maybe better to buy small amounts of WPL OSH and or STO. Though wait for lower capital raising with WPL and STO.

WPL my favourite pick here..is 10/12 bucks entry possible perhaps...earnings seasons next 2 quarter will be woeful a d juicy dividends cut...

As for OOO. Hmmm I say dial emergency help!!
