    I buy longer term and was thinking about buying into FUEL but many holdings especially explorers and other big CAPEX types will take a big hit in 2020. If FUEL divested at re-balance of oil explorers and most oil service companies I would buy it. I'm holding a bond in the world's largest offshore driller and they took a 3 billion USD loss in the first quarter. Many oil companies and oil service companies will go bust in 2020.
