Well I was bullish for the last 20 years, I too thought the bears were extremists, and then turned bearish myself just 6 months ago because the writing was on the wall, its a dud investment that none of us would have touched 20 years ago.
And ever since then every single piece of information I have read vindicates the shift in position. A correction is absolutely inevitable, the only question is how much ... 10, 20, 30% Once this surge washes through, give it six months, then watch it freeze before the fall begins.
It would be of cold comfort to some that not even the great might of the US of A could not prevent housing collapsing, the whole "too big to fail" premise is a myth, what do you think kicked off the GFC? We are but a drop in the ocean in comparison.
