    * Cash poor
    * the company is selling assets that are supposedly worth Millions
    * Falling prices for what the company, supposedly produces
    * Inconsistent MD disclosure about the company projects
    * loans that are due for payment and a company that has little or NO income.
    * Legal battles

    There maybe more, but the above define ADY, adequately!

    YES! there are signs, before a company goes into liquidation or adminstration!..... One needs to keep a close eye on companies that display such signs.
