You answered your own question in point 4. The U.S. is printing much more than the QE they admit to as in the case of the Belgium Bulge. The DOW is being held up by printed money being pumped into banks and then onto the markets. Interesting that the FED has stated many times it is investing QE into markets, mortgage providers, U.S. Debt bonds and as they put it other investments which has never been explained. Not to mention the Billions it is pumping into supporting the Syrian war and now the Ukrainian war.
