I have not contributed to the Economics or Property Forum of HC before.

Nonetheless with so much negative comment recently about the Sharemarket potential collapse, the reversal of the Australian Property Market Risk and the China Risk I wonder if we could be headed for a perfect storm if one or more of these come to fruition simultaneously?

Negative talk can be self fulfilling BUT in times like these caution is wise unless you are prepared to Risk everything and as you get older you may not have time to rebuild your assets.
