Ive traded CFD's for some time now. I use two screens so I can see how the CFD provider reacts to my purchase/sale.
Everytime and I mean everytime I have place an order for a certain quantity, within 5 seconds that exact quantity is purchased/sold on the underlying.
Unless this is a huge coincidence, I would assume based on my own experiences (again that word) they have direct feeds into the ASX platforms - which in my opinion a dangerous practice.
If they are purchasing the shares to cover their own risk,
are they using those shares for any other risky activities.
Remove that privilege alone and they are just are betting house.
