warning to all cfd: margin traders, page-44

wow - what a reaction - the fact that IG and CMC have withstood the last few months I know does not guarantee the future but sure gives me some confidence in their business model.
I love CFD's and reckon they are fantastic BUT agree with a previous poster who said you should always pull out an excess equity cash amount and deposit in your own bank account - with Credit Cards you can easily top back your account in a matter of seconds if a trade comes your way.
Excess cash in the account is too risky - sometimes you can just trade "because it is there" and given Opes etc it makes incredible sense to minimise your cash in these type of accounts.
BUT CFD's have a place in the market and I could not go back to warrnats and options after being with CFD's
