Warning to Zijin --ASIC on the case soon., page-5

Well I wonder if the shares taken by JING JIANG as collateral even though money came out of Nkwe are defined as fully paid,and if so who do they belong to.Not interested in the reason for the acquisition,however I am interested in the transfer of shares to JING JIANG EFFECTIVELY ARE NOT FULLY PAID FOR. Now that sounds terribly like an option where you pay part of the fee up front then the balance at a defined date.Now if the final payment of the option is not payed the option expires,well if that is the case why have these so called unpaid for shares not expired.
