this stock has gone up in a straight line without any news - and it has simply paused to consolidate on recent gains, and might I add at around recent all time high levels - very bullish price action indeed!

if what you say about cost blow outs was in any way, shape or form true - then OXR would be getting sold off on heavy volume - and it simply is not happening

name me another stock that has run up as strongly as Oxiana on no news!
