Even "looking at" implies a degree of privileged information (ie: that which is not readifly available elsewhere).

"Investigation" or "being investigated" clearly sounds much worse, but your qualified suggestion in no way diminishes the initial impression that you averted to in your earlier post - a connection (actual, perceived, implied, or derived) to ASIC.

Reality, however, dictates that this is not the case. ASIC well carry out a watchdog role and a watching brief over sites like this one, but they would do so in a fairly discrete manner.

Your own messages whilst timely and informative (ie: in that they remind all of us of the things that we should be aware of - Code of Conduct, etc) have also been mischievious. we can all play our little mind games, but some of yours have prospectively been just as injurious as those which you and m287j have accused others of. In other words, your own commentary has been flaming.

Ramping is a very serious issue and your efforts (whether down or up) are to be welcomed. But, out of interest, where were you when matters were being taken further by EBR and by MUL, or by ATC, to name but 3 stocks. And that's before you consider stocks such as VCR, and many others, particularly at the speculative, small cap, running hot, end of the market.
