Unfortunately Andy Chen's first post had no substantiation to the warning he gave, which is why he got the reaction. His later post, which is still available in the thread, had some well researched information.
As for taking someone's advice on a public forum, that's not the way to invest. This is not an advisory forum and people here aren't financial advisors. We do our own research and take decisions on our own. It's good to share thoughts though, whether positive or negative.
However, it is advisable to use proper English when communicating, to avoid any confusion or to not discredit your research.
