Ghosta...with PJ Morgan as substancail shareholder I for one would say if the board is as bad as you say...PJ Morgan will shake them up better believe that...they dont invest $20 million to lose it but will fix the problem...that bank dont stand any nonsense....so usually PJ Morgan take a position and then fix the problem...so you will see that is why I feel your warning will not be valid in the long run..and with contracts signed etc we may see soon changes in the board taking place....and then where do you see the SP...not 41cents that is for sure...but a little bit more water has to flow under the bridge...watch PJ Morgan lloking at the books and board...which will see a radical change for the better....
