No Vendetta, but being Tasmanian I know their reputation in the industry.
They managed to get 300 miners to relocate to Tasmania to reopen the Renison mine. Noone else would touch this mine. But 6 months later all these miners were sacked.
No decent miner will go anywhere near this company, even if its merged and name changed.
If they cant handle a small project like Renison, how the hell can they manage Wingellina?
