Just reposting a warning about this Company and in particularly the Chairman, Blake Steele
They have wasted over $12M since IPO and achieved very little except for driving the price from 20cps to 1.6cps.
The Chairman is more focused on increasing his salary than the performance of this Company. He has awarded himself a $100k bonus (taking his total annual cash salary to $175K) plus a generous performance share package in FY24 when the Company significantly underperformed the market and Company was in need of capital to explore.
Blake and Pete Moorehouse the MD got paid combined total of $513,167 (including sharebased payments last year) which is ludicrous for a sub $5M market cap company that has signifcantly underperformed the uranium sector and market.
This Company needs to be put on notice for there actions which completely go against thier duties as acting in the best interest of shareholders.
