    A few years ago when the broker phoned me prior to the GBM IPO, I told him that I was worried about the composition of the Board in that there were too many financial/legal people and not enough geologists who actually know something about mining.

    While the current CEO [a geologist] was a welcome addition to the Board, the others remain.

    When something sounds too good to be true it usually is.
